About us
DevShore brings in over 6 years of experience in headhunting, resource management and software development into the IT field in Hungary.
Our story started with a startup established in 2014.
We learned the know-how of recruitment through our own experience. Focused on hand-picking talented co-workers, we built a team, managed the resources and provided the maintenance for the daily fantasy football game TheSix and Edzők Ligája (League of Managers).
Since 2016 we continued advising IT professionals on their career progression, mentoring newcomers into the IT industry and consulting customers on resource management to finally establish DevShore in April, 2019.
Individual approach to each client, understanding of the customer’s needs and continuous communication on the progress are the main principles DevShore follows
To date, our team provided resource management on various projects, both home and abroad, successfully placed software developers, testers and web designers with several employers on a nearshore outsourcing basis as well as helped to find jobs for all levels of IT professionals.
